Museum to Host Interactive Art Heist Night

06.06.2019

On Saturday, July 13, museum visitors will be able to participate in the first ever “Art Heist at the Museum” event, an interactive experience to test out their sleuthing skills and win prizes.

After meeting several shifty members of the museum community during an exclusive after-hours tour of the newest exhibition, the group will find that the most anticipated object in the collection has been stolen. Working in teams, the tour group will have to solve a series of puzzles to gain clues as to who the thief is.

Was it the curator? The artist? The security guard? You can only find out by working through the evidence and listening to their stories.

This event follows in the footsteps of other interactive activities such as murder mysteries, escape rooms and puzzle games, and is perfect for anyone looking for an exciting way to spend their Saturday night. Admission is limited to the first 40 individuals to register, so make sure to get your ticket soon!

Tickets to “Art Heist at the Museum” are $15 for current members and $20 for nonmembers. Light refreshments will be included at the start of the evening, and prizes will be awarded to the first- and second-place teams. You can purchase tickets at bit.ly/art-heist-2019 and express your interest on the Facebook event.
