Evening for Educators

Join us at the Georgia Museum of Art for an Evening for Educators. Enjoy a glass of wine with a catered dinner while networking with other educators in the Athens area. Learn more about the museum’s PK – 12 programming and teacher resources, enter to win raffle prizes and participate in an art-making workshop led by local teaching artist Kristen Bach. The event is free to attend, but capacity is limited and registration is required.

5 p.m. — Check in at the Georgia Museum of Art lobby and enjoy dinner with drinks

5:30 p.m. — Museum toolkit presentation

6 p.m. — Art-making workshop inspired by the exhibition “Edmonia Lewis: Said in Stone” by Kristen Bach, teaching artist

7 p.m. — Raffle prize announcements
