Philip said, “Vases are something we use in everyday life but the artist can take that basic form and turn it into something visually interesting and exotic; sometimes the vase could be painted to tell a story. Some artists would create a vase while other artists could draw imagery ones. The representation of vases in prints and drawings was art form that started in the renaissance in Italy by the year 1500 and continued in several European countries for several hundred years.
