A family-operated business in Milton Freewater, Oregon, their works are creative, user-friendly and functional, not to mention dishwasher and microwave safe, ovenproof and lead free. ($10 – $24)

Looking for a way to take a break from the stresses of daily life? Our selection of puzzles from Athens’ own Very Good Puzzles offers unique puzzles featuring photography, art and music of a local variety. As the name suggests, these are, in fact, very good puzzles. Each puzzle uses work by a local artist and has thick pieces made from recycled cardboard and printed with soy-based ink in brilliant colors. Each artist gets a percentage of the sales. ($20 – $26)
