Student Perspectives

Join one of our student guides, Lydia O’Neill (UGA ’29, international affairs), for a conversational tour of the permanent collection: “Cities and the Human Experience.” This tour explores how cities shape human life and how people, in turn, can change cities. Through works depicting ancient to modern cities across the globe, we will examine why people are drawn to cities, how they interact within them, how urban spaces shape human behavior and how experiences such as belonging, loss and authority can transcend time and place.
