Parking
Accessible parking is available directly beneath the museum(opens in new tab) for cars, vans and smaller trucks, under 10 feet high. Contact us to arrange for groups arriving by bus and for additional transportation support.
Mobility Devices
Wheelchairs and walkers are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no cost. Please ask any staff member for assistance.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in the museum as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Sign Language
Sign language interpretation for all programs and tours is offered upon request with advance notice, based on availability. Please allow at least two weeks notice.
Touch Tours
Touch Tours allow visitors to experience 3-D objects in the collection or use tactile aids for 2-D works of art. To request a touch tour with accompanying verbal description, please submit a tour request(opens in new tab) at least 1 month in advance and limit your group size to no more than five people.
Restrooms
All restrooms at the museum have accessible stalls and changing tables can be found in the accessible stall of both the men’s and women’s restroom on the first and second floors. A unisex/family restroom with a changing table is on the museum’s first floor near the side entrance.
Seating
There is seating throughout the galleries, but visitors may also use portable stools located under the large benches outside of the gallery spaces on the second floor.
