Virtual Family Day: Local Art (Rosenbaum)

Join us for this special collaboration with UGA’s Special Collections Libraries as we celebrate local artist Art Rosenbaum and his art on campus. We’ll explore the history and music of the McIntosh County Shouters, the subject of a painting by Rosenbaum at the museum. And we’ll look at Georgia’s political history as captured by Rosenbaum ​in his mural “Doors” created for the ​Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies. Free art kits available from K.A. Artist Shop will include a canvas and all the supplies you need to paint your own masterpiece.
