To ensure we can provide the support you need for a successful event, please reserve your space at least two weeks in advance. Our dedicated events team is here to bring your vision to life, guiding you through choosing the perfect space, coordinating vendors and managing technical and custodial services to make the day flow seamlessly. We offer flexible rental periods of 4 or 8 hours, including time to set up and clean up.

Absolutely. Many hosts combine venues to create seamless, multi-part experiences, such as an outdoor ceremony in the Sculpture Garden followed by dinner and a reception in the Grand Hall. Our dedicated event specialists will help you coordinate a flow that feels natural and special at every moment.
All museum private events include access to a dedicated venue manager, event layout assistance, VIP parking, guest Wi-Fi and chairs and tables. For those hosting weddings, we also provide one hour of rehearsal time. Add-ons like gallery access, coat check and audio-visual support are available to further customize your event.
