
Sunday Slowdown
Take a pause with us at the museum during this day-long program dedicated to mindfulness, movement and making. From meditation and tai chi to mindful art-making and restorative yoga, the museum offers a chance to recharge and reconnect through art and wellness practices. Drop in for one session or stay for the full afternoon.
• Guided meditation in the permanent collection galleries, 1 – 1:45 p.m.
• Tai chi in the sculpture garden, 2 – 3 p.m.
• Sound bath meditation in the exhibition “We, Too, Are Made of Wonders,” 3 – 3:45 p.m.
• Mandala workshop in the Mary and Michael Erlanger Studio Classroom, 4 – 4:45 p.m.
• Restorative yoga in the sculpture garden, 5 – 6 p.m.
