Location and Directions

Parking for the Georgia Museum of Art is available in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) parking deck, which is located at the rear of lot E11 off River Road (see map). The deck is managed by UGA Parking Services. There is no free visitor parking on campus during regular business hours. For information on fees and on campus parking in general, please contact UGA Parking Services directly by phone at 706.542.7275, email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by visiting their website at www.parking.uga.edu. Unfortunately, the museum is not permitted to validate parking. Parking in the PAC deck is free on Saturdays and Sundays and after 5:30 p.m. on weeknights with a valid UGA ID or permit, unless there is a special event. Free parking (that is, parking without a permit) is available in surface lot E11 on Saturdays and Sundays and after 4 p.m. on weekdays. If the PAC deck is full, visitors are encouraged to park in the East Campus Deck.

Parking in the small lot located directly below the museum’s new wing is for museum volunteers, docents or  visitors with disabilities. This lot is accessible from Carlton Street. If your mobility is impaired and you need other assistance with transportation, please call UGA's Campus Transit office at 706.369.6220.
