The ninth Henry D. Green Symposium of the Decorative Arts commences with “‘You Must Not Get Your Furniture Here . . . Get What You Want from N. York in the Spring’: Duncan Phyfe, Honoré Lannuier and the Allure of New York Furniture in the American South,” the keynote speech by Peter M. Kenny, co-president, Classical American Homes Preservation Trust. Free and open to the public; registration not required. Sponsored by Georgia Humanities.

Shuttles will be provided to the museum from the Classic Center following the event. The address of the Foundry Street Building is 130 Foundry Street; it is accessible from the ground level of the Classic Center (by walking across Foundry Street) or from the upper level of the Classic Center via a covered walkway and an elevator.
